Initial Nutrition Consultation – $150*
This 1 ½ hour consultation is the first step on your wellness journey. We will be looking over your completed Intake Forms and discussing your current state of health, journal, and health goals. After a thorough evaluation of your health and lifestyle, a personalized plan will be designed based on your individual needs and health goals.
This session can also be catered to nutrition education for youth and adolescents to teach them the foundations of healthy, clean eating and how it applies to growth and performance.
Follow-Up Consultation –
30 minutes at $50* / 1 hour at $100*
These sessions are essential to your success in meeting your goals. They will keep you motivated and on track. During these sessions, we will be discussing your current plan, work through any obstacles, such as accountability, maintaining healthy habits, and food preparation. If needed, we will modify your plan accordingly to ensure success throughout the program.
These sessions are also ideal for clients who are facing new health challenges, training for athletic endeavors, or working on weight management.
Wellness Package – $325*
This package includes the Initial Nutrition Consult, plus four 30 minute Follow-Up Consultations. In addition to this, you will receive continued support through check-ins, encouragement, health related tips, and recipes to help you stay on track…all based on your individual needs.
The Wellness Package is the best for kickstarting your wellness journey. By committing to this package, you are committing to change.
Detox/Purification Program – Programs begin at $299
Program prices are dependent on the individual product needs of the client.
A customized 21-Day Purification Program can speed up healing, increase nutrient absorption, increase energy, kick-start weight loss, decrease inflammation, improve mood, and so much more.
The Purification Program includes a meal replacement powder, cleansing supplements, green food supplement, and fiber capsules or powder. Other items needed may include a protein powder, an omega-3 supplement, and a supplement to help with cravings.
Included in the price of the Program is a complimentary one hour consultation with Debbie Estes…both before and after the Program ($200 value). A complimentary Bio-Impedance Analysis ($50 Value) will also be done both Pre- and Post-Purification (for those who are local).
Grocery Store Tour – $75*
Kickstart your journey to wellness by learning how to read labels and knowing what to avoid when shopping for your grocery, beauty care, and household needs.
Pantry Cleanout – $75*
Get rid of those products that are hindering your health goals and learn how to stock your pantry with the foundations of healthy, clean meal preparation. This can seem overwhelming for many, but it does not need to be. I will help you find healthy substitutions for the products lurking in your kitchen that have been hindering your health goals. You will be on your way to healthy eating and successful meal planning.
*The cost of supplements is not included in these fees. The exception to this is the 21-Day Purification Program.
